A deposit of £269.99, which is to be returned after successful entry into a partner institution of Party A.
An administration fee of £50 for every extra university application (the first three applications are free)

Criteria for Choosing Your Education Institution

Based on the information you provide, we will shortlist three Educational institutions to place you within.

UNDERGRADUATE COURSES: In 2021/22, annual tuition fees for international undergraduate students in the UK started at £11,400 (US $14,100). This rose to as much as £32,081 (US $39,670). For undergraduate medical degrees, the tuition fees fell between £9,250 (US $11,440) – £67,892 (US $83,950). However, most universities' fees for the majority of subjects fell somewhere between £10,000 – £20,000 (US $12,370 – $24,730).

POSTGRADUATE COURSES: Annual tuition fees for international postgraduate students ranged between £6,500 (US $8,040) and £51,360 (US $63,510). Postgraduate medical degrees ranged between £7,500 (US $9,270) – £54,500 (US $67,400).

Fees for MBAs started at £8,500 (US $10,510) and rose to as much as £63,000 (US $77,900). The majority of postgraduate courses at most universities charged between £12,000 – £25,000 (US $14,840 – $30,920) in 2021/22. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO LIVING COSTS IN VARIOUS REGIONS, YOU WILL NEED MORE FUNDS TO MAINTAIN AND ACCOMMODATE YOURSELF IF THE COURSES ARE BASED IN AND AROUND LONDON (£12,006) (OR £9207 FOR OUTSIDE LONDON)

Terms and Conditions

1) Payment Conditions - When signing this agreement, Party B will pay £269.99 as a deposit, which will be returned to Party B after Party B has enrolled in one of the partner institutions of Party A. - All school application fees are the responsibility of the student. - Applicants are not charged for applications to up to 3 institutions, but £50 for every institution after that. - If Party B requires letters, admission notices and related materials to be sent to or from their home country, all costs are to be borne by Party B. 2) Conditions for the return of the deposit: - Should Party A fail to apply to the agreed institutions by the requirements of those institutions, Party A shall return the deposit. - Should circumstances outside the control of Party A interfere with the applications listed in this agreement (e.g, a change in Immigration law), Party A is entitled to retain 15% of the deposit as an administration fee, and the remaining 85% will be returned to Party B. - Party A must return all original documents to Party B. In any of the following circumstances. Party A will not return the deposit: - Party B unilaterally decides to withdraw from the application process. - Party B supplies Party A with false documents, resulting in the failure of the application. - Party B fails to provide the required materials in a timely fashion, resulting in the missing of application deadlines. - The application of Party B fails or Party B fails to achieve the entry conditions stipulated by the educational institution, such as graduation grades, English level, etc. - If Party B is applying for a post-graduate course but fails to achieve at least a 2nd class in their undergraduate studies. In this case. Party A will continue to assist Party B in applying for post-graduate study but the deposit will be retained by Party A as an administration fee. 3) Party A adheres to a code of confidentiality and student materials, documents or information are held In strict confidence to be used on a need-to-know basis between Party A and the universities to that Party B has applied. 4) Party A bears no responsibility for the authenticity of materials submitted by Party B and reserves all rights to the interpretation of this agreement. 5) The UK Service Agreement is Invalid if not accompanied by a Service Agreement Reference Number verifiable with the Head Office of Party A. 6) This agreement Is governed by English law.
